Evaluation Tasks
Evaluators will be asked to review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning. They will also compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
Tasks Involved:
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and clinical reasoning
- Select the best response among multiple model answers
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short in medication counseling or pharmacology
Requirements
To qualify, applicants must have a verified status including a current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent), board certification where applicable, and recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
Additional Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour

Pay
The pay rate varies depending on skills and experience level, with a maximum of $120 USD per hour per task completed.
Schedule
Tasks typically require one hour of uninterrupted focus, though many are shorter. Evaluators will be asked to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
