Responsibilities
- Practices Pharmacy as a knowledge-based clinical profession, integrating patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities.
- Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers.
- Advises on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy for all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Works three 12-hour shifts per week plus every fourth weekend.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Active Georgia Pharmacy license.
- One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.

- Knowledgeable in pharmacology and pharmacy practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
