Job Summary
Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting, including medication verification, order review, IV admixture oversight, and collaboration with providers to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist license (AZ required)
- Minimum 2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong experience in inpatient pharmacy operations
- Able to work 7 on / 7 off rotating schedule
- Experience with IV medication preparation and sterile compounding
Credentials
- AZ Pharmacist License – Required
- IV Certification / Sterile Compounding Experience – Required
- BLS – Preferred (facility dependent)

- Hospital Bed Size: 139-bed facility
- Inpatient acute care hospital pharmacy setting
On-Call Requirement
- Required every other weekend (Friday–Sunday coverage)
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $75 – $77/hr
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,000 – $3,080/week (40 hrs/week)
