The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it appropriately. First, I need to identify the sections: 1. About the role / About Akina Pharmacy (company description) 2. About The Role (role description) 3. Key Responsibilities (with subsections) 4. Key Metrics 5. How Akina Commits To Supporting You 6. About You / Qualifications & Experience 7. Physical Demands & Work Environment 8. Benefits & Perks 9. Pay Range (given at top) 10. Location, Work Model, Employment Type, Reports To (metadata) Rules: - Use

for section headings - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Don't repeat job title as heading - Don't put Job ID/requisition as headings - Fold minor metadata into short

or drop - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (EEO, equal opportunity, scam warnings, application instructions) - Only include sections with real content - No filler/placeholder text - No Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless actually stated - Output ONLY HTML fragment The posting has: - Pay Range: $155,000 - $165,000 (so Pay section warranted) - Location: Sterling, Virginia - Work Model: In-person - Employment Type: Full Time - Reports To: Production Manager These metadata items can be folded into a short paragraph. Sections with real content: 1. About Akina Pharmacy (company description) 2. About The Role (role overview) 3. Key Responsibilities (with multiple sub-areas) 4. Key Metrics 5. How Akina Commits To Supporting You 6. Qualifications & Experience 7. Physical Demands & Work Environment 8. Benefits & Perks 9. Pay (since range given) I'll structure with h3 headings for each major section. For Key Responsibilities, there are sub-sections: Leadership + Management, Sterile Production Workflow Oversight, Compounding Best-Practices, Batch Review, Technician Training. I could make those h4 or keep as part of the list. The rules say use h3 for section headings, but doesn't mention h4. I'll use h3 for main sections and maybe use strong or just list items for sub-sections. Since the rules only specify h3 for section headings, I'll use h3 for the main sections and within Key Responsibilities, I'll use a list with bold labels or just separate lists. Better to keep it simple: each major section gets h3. Within Key Responsibilities, I'll create a list where each item is a responsibility area with sub-items as nested lists. Let me draft the HTML. First, metadata paragraph: "Location: Sterling, Virginia. Work Model: In-person. Employment Type: Full Time. Reports To: Production Manager." Then sections:

I should also include the metadata paragraph at the top or bottom. Probably at the top after the first section or before. Since the page already shows job title, I'll put metadata in a paragraph. Now, ensure no boilerplate: The EEO statement at the end "Akina Pharmacy is an equal opportunity employer..." should be removed per rules (remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate). Also "Powered by JazzHR" removed. Also, the "About Akina Pharmacy" section includes core values. That's substantive, keep. Check for any duplicate lines: The core values are listed with bold headings. I'll keep as prose or list. The original has them as separate paragraphs with bold headings. I'll convert to a list for readability. In the company description, there are core values: Excellence Always, Called To Serve, Total Ownership, Open and Honest. Each has a description. I'll make a list. Let me structure About Akina Pharmacy:
