Pharmacist - Pharmacy - Part Time 10 Hour Variable Shift (Non Union)
Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, and in accordance with standard procedures, compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written prescriptions from physicians. Begins and/or monitors pharmacist clinical activities as needed based on existing or new provider orders.
Responsibilities
- Compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies based on written prescriptions.
- Monitors and initiates pharmacist clinical activities in response to provider orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required.
- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree preferred.
- Pharmacy residency preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a hospital environment or equivalent preferred; completion of an Accredited Pharmacy Residency program may substitute for this experience.
- Current California Pharmacist license and registration in good standing required.
- Current BCLS Certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Current ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association required.

Pay
The hourly rate range for this position is $64 - $105.
