Pharmacist Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Oversight of prescription accuracy
• Monitoring drug therapies and advising interventions
• Verifying prescription labeling
• Working with patients on Medication Therapy Management (MTM) completion
• Verifying order entry
• Immunization administration
• Verifying medication fills
• Providing information and advice about prescriptions
• Acting as a source of kindness for all patients
• Building relationships with patients
• Focusing attention on patients
• Maintaining a customer-first attitude
