Pharmacist - Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on the safe and effective use of medications.
• Oversight of the Meds to Beds program.
• Medication ordering and management.
• Inventory management.
• Vaccination administration.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS certification and ACLS certification preferred.
