Pharmacist/OP/IP

About the role

Join our dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist team focused on outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) pharmacy services. Ensure the safe and effective use of medications across various patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy
• Provide patient education regarding medications, including side effects and therapeutic outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited pharmacy school
• Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacotherapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• U.S. Citizenship required

Schedule

This role may require working with both outpatient and inpatient services, with a flexible schedule as needed.
