About the role
In cooperation with the Medical Staff, the Health System and Director of Pharmacy, participates in programs and procedures designed to promote the appropriate, safe and effective use of medications for Thompson Health patients and residents. Inpatient position.

Required Competencies
- Demonstrates skill in daily communication including effectively gathering and disseminating information

Qualifications
- Current New York State Pharmacist registration
- Accredited continuing education as required/defined by New York State
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm. D from accredited Pharmacy program required
- Board Certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year of ambulatory care pharmacy experience preferred
Schedule
Days/Evenings/Nights, including some weekend and holiday hours.
Pay
$55.00 - $65.00, based on experience.
