Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

We're looking for someone who knows pharmacy and knows how to lead people. You should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems and jumping in when your team needs you. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, asks questions, and is excited about leading and supporting a strong team of dedicated employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
- Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee inventory and controlled substances
- Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners
- Build relationships with local agencies and providers
- Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows
