Pharmacist - Healthcare Pharmacy

Role Overview This position involves working across multiple sites within the state of licensure, independently reviewing and assessing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems. It includes contacting healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care, compounding and dispensing medications, providing drug therapy information, and supervising pharmacy support staff.
