Pharmacist [Full-time & Part-time]

About the role

At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, you'll be caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. Your clinical expertise will genuinely improve lives in group homes, behavioral health facilities, and supported living communities.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication cards with full-color MARs using AI assisted technology
• Conduct clinical consultations with prescribers, nurses, and direct support professionals
• Manage medication therapy and perform drug interaction reviews
• Administer long-acting injectables injections
• Maintain real-time MAR updates for caregivers
• Participate in medication review committees

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active Nebraska Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills (daily interactions with nurses, DSPs, prescribers)
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
• Compassion and patience working with vulnerable populations

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high volume pharmacy setting preferred
• Immunization certification preferred
• Interest in medication therapy management (MTM) preferred

$58-$65 per hour

Schedule

Monday-Saturday Daytime Hours, Sundays & Major Holidays CLOSED, Paid on-call rotation
