About the Role
Under the direction of the Pharmacy Operations Manager, process medication orders resulting in patients receiving safe and effective drug therapy. Provide supervision to Pharmacy Technicians assisting in these processes.
Responsibilities
- Process medication orders
- Provide supervision to Pharmacy Technicians
Requirements
- 3-5 years hospital pharmacy experience and/or including residencies/fellowships
- BLS and ACLS certification preferred, required within first year of employment
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university
- Current New Jersey Pharmacist license
- Current New Jersey Immunizing Pharmacist license
