About the Role

The Staff Pharmacist plays a key role in delivering compassionate patient care, supporting pharmacy operations, and leading the pharmacy team. They assist in managing safe medication dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and clinical services to improve patient health outcomes. The pharmacist also fosters a positive, inclusive environment and provides mentorship and coaching to ensure high-quality customer service while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling
• Administer immunizations and support clinical services
• Maintain compliance with legal and safety standards
• Contribute to team development and continuous learning
• Assist with inventory management and workflow optimization
• Foster positive patient experiences through empathetic care and collaboration

Requirements

• Active pharmacist license in the state
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
