About the role
Independently reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems. Contacts MD's nurses and other professionals as necessary to facilitate care. Manages drug therapy protocols as part of physician-pharmacist-nurse team. Compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug and drug therapy related information and supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel.

- Compounds and dispenses medications.
- Provides drug and drug therapy related information.
- Supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel.
Requirements
- Montana Pharmacist License.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- PharmD in Pharmacy.
- Hospital pharmacy and outpatient anticoagulation experience.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding and dispensing procedures.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
