Pharmacist - Community Pharmacy (Per Diem)

Shift Detail: Open availability for coverage M-F 9am-530pm and Sat 9am-1pm

Responsibilities
- Provide medications for patients receiving medical care or who may be undergoing medical treatment at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and affiliated clinics.
- Address drug-related questions regarding possible drug-to-drug interactions, drug allergies, correct dosing, or other drug-related issues.
- Review your medical history with you and contact your providers, if needed, to clarify prescription orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- PharmD preferred
- Current CT Pharmacist license
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
