How You’ll Help

Transform Healthcare

• Support overnight pharmacy operations
• Provide services in central pharmacy, admixture center, and cardiovascular tower satellite pharmacy
• Offer clinical pharmacy services for pharmacokinetic consults, code coverage, and provider queries
• Address a variety of pharmacokinetic medication needs
• Work autonomously using multiple P&T approved pharmacy protocols

What We Require

• Education: Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
• Experience: Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent Hospital experience preferred
• Licensure, certification, and/or registration: License to practice Pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Virginia required within 90 days of hire
• Minimum Qualifications: Good leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to budget time, work efficiently and accurately, and follow procedures with minimum supervision; excellent critical thinking and analytical skills; knowledge of general office equipment and procedures including computer and keyboarding skills

Compensation

$107,993.60 - $172,785.60

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
