Pharmacist - Chemotherapy Rx

Role Overview: As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, supporting specialty areas such as Urology, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Research, and Expanded Care. You will serve as a clinical expert, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Services: Deliver direct patient care, medication therapy management, dosing recommendations, and monitor adverse effects. Assist with clinical trials, participate in rounds, and support care transitions.Dispensing & Order Fulfillment: Interpret medication orders, screen for interactions, and manage controlled substances accurately.Operational & Leadership: Supervise pharmacy technicians, assist in staff training, participate in committees, and support research activities. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, clinical experience, and strong collaboration skills. Ability to provide safe, effective drug therapy management, and work within multidisciplinary teams.
