About the role

As a pharmacist at Walgreens, you will provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients. You will educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options. You will deliver clinical healthcare services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management. You will ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients

• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
