Pharmacist

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction with active DEA/analogous registrations.
• Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions with a focus on patient safety.
• Lead medication reconciliation and drug interaction reviews for safety.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and complete all required documentation.
