Pharmacist

About the role

The Rebound Surgery Center is seeking a Pharmacist to lead all pharmacy operations, medication management, regulatory compliance, and clinical pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy staff
• Manage medication safety and inventory programs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct staff education and training
• Oversee controlled substance management
• Drive operational and strategic improvements through data analysis and process optimization
• Serve as a key liaison between pharmacy services and clinical departments
• Maintain pharmacy systems and support survey readiness activities

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program (MS, MHA, or MBA preferred)
• Current Washington State Registered Pharmacist license
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience, including at least 1 year in a pharmacy leadership role
• Strong knowledge of CMS, DOH, AAAHC, and other pharmacy regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and leadership skills
