Responsibilities
- Fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications
- Monitor patient drug therapies
- Provide drug information
- Supervise and direct support personnel
- In the absence of the Pharmacy Director, assume essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the Pharmacy Director
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE‑accredited school
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist
