Pharmacist

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary pharmacist resource for the Logansport and West Lafayette retail pharmacy locations.
• Provide safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing services.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, workflow optimization, and service excellence.
• Schedule coordination, operational communication, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and staff to maintain compliance, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as a key point of contact for pharmacy personnel and operational concerns.

Pharmacy Projects & Program Support

• Partner with pharmacy leadership to support departmental projects, goals, and initiatives.
• Aid in the implementation and optimization of outpatient pharmacy services.
• Support workflow development, staff education, and process improvement efforts.
• Contribute to new program launches and operational expansion initiatives.
• Participate in project management activities and cross-functional collaboration across outpatient pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Current active pharmacist license required; Indiana pharmacist license preferred.
• Minimum of three years of pharmacist experience, preferably in a community, retail, outpatient, or ambulatory pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and patience when caring for patients and supporting their healthcare needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
