Responsibilities

• Administer multiple vaccinations, including flu, shingles, and COVID-19 vaccines.

• Assess patient needs and support appropriate immunization and wellness programs.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy and immunization protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
