This position involves independently reviewing medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems. The pharmacist collaborates with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care, manages drug therapy protocols within a team, compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug-related information, and supervises pharmacy support staff.

Requirements

Qualifications
