Pharmacist

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $150,000 base salary
• 35 days PTO + 14 paid holidays
• $5,000 sign-on bonus each year
• $10,000 relocation assistance

• SEP IRA contribution equal to 11.5% of salary (no employee match or contribution required; fully vested after probationary period)

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Day shift, no weekends
• Staff: 5 pharmacists and 6 technicians
• Averaging 350 prescriptions daily

Requirements

• Obtain Montana pharmacist license
• 2–3 years of experience
• Credentialing process takes 4–6 weeks
