Qualifications for the job

• Graduates from accredited school of Pharmacy and currently licensed and registered by State Board of Pharmacy
• Prioritize oncology experience
• Prioritize knowledge of sterile compounding (USP797)
• Prioritize knowledge of safe handling of hazardous drugs (USP800)
• Prioritize knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
• Prioritize supervisory pharmacist responsibilities
