About the role

A retail-dispensary Pharmacist responsible for ensuring compliance, providing accurate product recommendations, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient consultations on product dosing, consumption methods, and details.
• Assist patients with questions, concerns, and adjust recommendations based on feedback.
• Train team members on product knowledge and proper recommendation protocols.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, and community professionals.
• Deepen understanding of cannabis products, interactions, side effects, and delivery methods.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, compliance with laws, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy License in the applicable state.
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy and patient care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds, with adaptable physical capabilities.
