About the role

Ensure the precise selection, dosing, and administration of medication orders.
Review medication profiles to identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug-related problems.
Serve as a clinical preceptor, guiding pharmacy students through academic rotations and training.
Deliver patient counseling to ensure medication adherence and clear understanding of therapeutic goals.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Maryland Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Salary Range: $62.19 - $90.96 per hour
