Pharmacist

About the role

Review, verify, and dispense medications to ensure safe and appropriate therapy at the St. Vincent PACE site.
Identify and resolve medication-related issues.
Provide medication counseling and drug information to patients and healthcare providers.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support optimal patient care.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and assist with training, student preceptorship, and pharmacy coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Qualifications

• PACE Pharmacy experience preferred.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Indiana Pharmacy License required.
