Pharmacist
About the role
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant prescription dispensing while providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance prior to dispensing.
- Verify completed prescriptions in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions regarding proper use, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Support workflow management to ensure timely and accurate prescription processing.
- Serve as a clinical resource for pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Essential Skills
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapy management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 1st shift or 2nd: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with rotating Saturday coverage approximately every 5-6 weeks. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety in a collaborative team environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, OH.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $128,960.00 – $137,280.00/yr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
