Pharmacist - Anticoagulation Therapy Clinic
This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist provides clinical drug information to meet the needs of customers, including physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals. This role also participates in the training, orientation, and education of staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License (upon hire).
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $83.19 - $126.58 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
