About the role

Evaluate and optimize medication therapies by proactively identifying and resolving potential drug-related issues, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical efficacy.

Deliver precise compounding and dispensing services, guaranteeing that every patient receives the exact medication they need, exactly when they need it.

Educate and counsel patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, serving as a trusted clinical resource to facilitate seamless, collaborative care.

Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians and rotating students, fostering a supportive, high-performing environment dedicated to operational excellence and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

  • 5 years ambulatory experience
