Pharmacist, 7on/7off - Nights

About the role

As part of the healthcare team, you will practice pharmacy as a knowledge-based clinical profession, integrating patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities. You will provide pharmaceutical services, including drug information, to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers. You will advise on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy for all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (required)
• One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Good communication skills
