About The Role

You will play a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality pharmaceutical medicines within our growing organization. You will be directly responsible for the preparation, processing, and packaging of drug products in a GMP-regulated environment. You will work closely together in a small team in the realisation of our projects and will be responsible for the manufacturing processes according to approved procedures and batch records.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include operating production equipment, documenting activities accurately, performing in-process checks, and maintaining a clean and controlled production environment. As a small and developing pharmaceutical company, we value team members who are broadly deployable and willing to take ownership beyond their core production tasks.

  • Contribute to the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of batch records, SOPs, and other GMP-related documentation

What Are You?

You are a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a production environment, with proven hand on experience in pharmaceutical production environment. You understand the importance of quality, safety, and working according to GMP guidelines, and you pay close attention to detail. You feel comfortable operating equipment, following procedures, and accurately documenting your work in batch records. In a small and growing organization, you are flexible and willing to step in where needed. You take ownership of your work and actively contribute to improving processes on the shop floor.

Qualifications

You have a MBO-HBO degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Process Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Experience working in a GMP-regulated production environment. At least 5 years experience in production area, preferably in tablets and capsules. Hands-on experience with operating and cleaning production equipment. Experience with batch documentation and working with manufacturing records. Ability to write and revise SOPs, manufacturing procedures, and batch records. Strong understanding of GMP principles and the importance of data integrity. Can work independently.

Pay

We offer an attractive salary based on work experience.

Schedule

We offer flexible working hours with a preferred availability of 32-40 hours a week.
