This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and vendors
  • Secure and expand access to products for direct-to-patient and employer-sponsored pharmacy solutions
  • Monitor manufacturer pipelines and trends to identify opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations with internal partners and manufacturers
  • Translate manufacturer strategies into cross-functional execution plans
  • Offer insights to manufacturers about the company’s pharmacy capabilities
  • Generate insights on product performance and communicate effectively
  • Contribute to enterprise strategy discussions about manufacturer engagement
  • Engage actively with manufacturer partners to create value

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, PBM, or payer organizations
  • Hands-on experience with direct-to-patient (DTP) and direct-to-employer (DTE) drug access
  • Proven record in negotiating pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts independently
  • Deep understanding of pharmacy operations and the patient journey
  • Ability to convey manufacturer priorities and access strategies clearly
  • Experience in translating manufacturer strategies into actionable plans
  • Consultative skills for engaging senior external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to connect trends and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication abilities for diverse audiences

Pay

$126,300 – $173,700 annually
