Serving as the primary conduit
- Serving as the primary conduit between our client's scientists and CRO partners, ensuring timely and thorough communication and logistics support.
- Managing the outsourced book of work, ensuring alignment of priorities, capacity, and data delivery across the portfolio.
- Maintaining operational oversight of bioanalytical vendors supporting non-GLP toxicology and pharmacokinetic studies, including tracking of service requests, deliverables and turnaround times, with proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Aiding in harmonization of processes and systems and driving initiatives to decrease cycle times and streamline workflows.
- Applying AI agents to optimize productivity and redefine ways of working.
Job Requirements
- BS – Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 5-10 years of nonclinical operations, outsourcing, project management or vendor management experience.
- Customer-facing experience required.
- Strong time management skills and flexibility to handle urgent projects within given timelines.
- Impeccable communication skills – verbal and written.
- Very strong attention to detail and safety as well as problem-solving skills.
- Demonstration of excellent team player skills.
- A high level of learning agility and the ability to work across functions.

Pay & Schedule
- This is a day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
