Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive project management support within the marketing team, collaborating with digital teams to produce and update promotional materials, including content revisions and guiding projects through the established review process.
- Utilize industry-standard project management and content review platforms daily to initiate projects, assign tasks, and facilitate their progression through the approval workflow.
- Define and manage the process for asset expiration, ensuring timely removal or renewal of promotional content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure all resources adhere to review process feedback and meet critical deadlines.
- Represent content owners in prioritization meetings for scheduling assets for review.
- Participate in relevant owner and agency meetings as needed to ensure project alignment and communication.
- Develop and execute both straightforward and some complex content assets as required.
- Undertake special projects as assigned, contributing to broader team objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency with industry-standard content review platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven multi-project management skills, capable of handling several initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and a track record of building robust relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors and the ability to align with organizational compliance goals and policies.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Scientific knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with sales, marketing, or promotion development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with vendor management.
