Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration/Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Preferred certifications from APICS, ISM, or ISC.
  • Proven track record in supply chain and operations management.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics industries.
  • Knowledge of lean operations, six sigma, and IT-enabled business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deploy digital strategies.
  • Experience in managing teams through process and technology changes.
  • Ability to develop and market intellectual property.
  • Experience in business development and client lead maturation.
  • Industry contacts and the ability to make introductions.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
