Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration/Management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Preferred certifications from APICS, ISM, or ISC.
- Proven track record in supply chain and operations management.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics industries.
- Knowledge of lean operations, six sigma, and IT-enabled business processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deploy digital strategies.
- Experience in managing teams through process and technology changes.
- Ability to develop and market intellectual property.
- Experience in business development and client lead maturation.
- Industry contacts and the ability to make introductions.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
