Pharma & MedTech Supply Chain - End to End, Senior Associate
About the role
In connected supply chain at PwC, you will focus on optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.
Responsibilities
- Focus on relationships, building meaningful client connections, and managing and inspiring others.
- Navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise, and addressing development areas.
- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
- Manage teams through the design and implementation of people, process, and technology changes, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, fostering a productive teamwork environment, leveraging diverse views to encourage innovation, and helping develop and grow team members throughout the course of every engagement, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
- Leverage industry contacts to make introductions and connect the firm to potential clients (short term or long term).
- Maintain an active rolodex and pipeline of executives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study: Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Management
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration
- Certification(s) Preferred: American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
