About the role
In connected supply chain at PwC, you will focus on optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.

Requirements
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study: Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Management
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years

Skills
- Intimate level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving supply chain and operations management.
- Operationalizing business strategies and transforming the end to end supply chain (including: planning, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, service).
- Lean Operations, Six Sigma, and IT enablement of key business processes.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics industries.
- Supply chain analytics, supply chain technologies (strategy, master date mgmt., tech platform integration, etc.), ERP transformation.
- Supply chain operating models and organizational design.
- Process improvement and automation across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, services.
- Service strategies, driving change, business transformation initiatives and turnaround scenarios.
- Analytical skills in financial analysis.
- Deploying Digital strategies and innovations to improve supply chain performance.
- Managing teams through the design and implementation of people, process, and technology changes.
- Thought leadership, the development of intellectual property (IP), and marketing and promotion of IP.
- Supporting incremental business development opportunities, and where possible, identifying new business opportunities.
- Leveraging industry contacts to make introductions and connect the firm to potential clients.
- Maintaining an active rolodex and pipeline of executives.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
