About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharma Launch & MLR/PRC Operations Lead to support an in-flight product launch within a Women's Health organization. This individual will coordinate Promotional Review Committee (PRC) / Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) activities while helping drive broader launch and integration efforts across multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong pharmaceutical launch experience, understands the MLR/PRC promotional review process, and is highly effective at driving stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in a fast-moving launch environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate PRC/MLR activities supporting product launch readiness and ongoing commercial operations.
  • Manage the flow of promotional materials and related deliverables through the review and approval process.
  • Partner across Marketing Operations, Brand/Business Unit teams, Launch Cross-Functional Teams, MLR stakeholders, and external/integration partners.
  • Maintain visibility into launch timelines, PRC/MLR milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outstanding actions.
  • Drive stakeholders to meet deadlines and proactively resolve issues that could impact launch readiness.
  • Support integration of launch activities into ongoing business-as-usual PRC/MLR processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, follow-ups, status reporting, and escalation of key risks or decisions.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure teams remain aligned and launch-related work continues moving forward.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC promotional review processes.
  • Experience supporting a pharmaceutical product launch or major commercial launch initiative.
  • Strong project/program management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across Marketing, Commercial Operations, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and external partners/agencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Experience within Women's Health is a plus but not required.
