We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We need to extract content from posting. Posting text: "Responsible for the movement of trailers to and from the unload / load doors and throughout the yard. Please click below to learn more about the E-Verify program: E-Verify Notice (bilingual)Right to Work Notice (English) / (Spanish)" We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, accommodation, rights, E-Verify, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve substantive info: responsibilities, essential functions, minimum education, minimum experience, knowledge/skills/abilities, job conditions, pay transparency (but we only include Pay section if posting actually states them). The posting includes "Pay Transparency: Pay Additional Details: This position is on the Day/Twilight sort, approximate start time 10am". That's not actual pay amount, just mention of pay transparency and schedule. It says "Pay Transparency: Pay Additional Details:" no actual number. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does not give actual pay amount, schedule is given: approximate start time 10am, Day/Twilight sort. That is schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section with that detail. Benefits: "For details on our comprehensive benefits, click here." That's not actual benefits detail, just a link. According to rule, we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It only says "click here" no detail, so we should omit Benefits section. Pay: no actual pay amount, just "Pay Transparency: Pay Additional Details:" no number. So we should omit Pay section. Schedule: we have approximate start time 10am, Day/Twilight sort. That's specific enough. So include Schedule section. Now sections: About the role? Could be a brief summary. The posting starts with description of responsibilities; we could treat that as About the role or Responsibilities. Usually About the role is a summary. We have responsibilities list. We could put About the role as a short paragraph summarizing the role, then Responsibilities as a list. But we must not repeat job title as heading. We can include About the role if we have substantive content. The first sentences: "Responsible for the movement of trailers to and from the unload / load doors and throughout the yard. May also be responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner." That's a good summary for About the role. Then Responsibilities: list of essential functions and package handler functions. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list as
. Requirements: Minimum Education None required; Minimum Experience No experience required; six (6) months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator experience preferred. That's requirements. Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? The posting says "Preferred Qualifications" then "Pay Transparency: ..." Not much else. Could treat Knowledge Skills And Abilities as Qualifications or Skills. The heading "Knowledge Skills And Abilities" is a list of abilities. Could be Skills section. We have Job Conditions: May work in hot and cold temperatures; May work in an environment with fumes; May work in an area with loud noise. That could be under Job Conditions but we don't have a heading for Job Conditions in allowed list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map job conditions to either Skills or Requirements? Probably Skills? But job conditions are not skills. Could be part of Requirements? Not exactly. Could be included under Responsibilities? Not ideal. Perhaps we can put under Skills? But better to create a section "Job Conditions" is not allowed. However we could incorporate job conditions into Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's not a duty. Could be under Requirements as "Working Conditions". But the instruction says use those headings only; we can still include other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also use other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)" meaning those are examples; but we should likely stick to those. Safer to only use those headings. So we need to fit job conditions into one of those. Perhaps under Requirements as "Working Conditions" but that's not exactly requirement. Could be under Skills? Not really. Could be under About the role? Could add a sentence about working conditions. But we need to preserve all substantive information. We could add a

under About the role that includes job conditions. Or we could add a separate section "Job Conditions" but that deviates from allowed headings; risk of being considered not following instruction. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. I'd interpret that we should use those headings for sections; we could still add other headings if needed, but better to stick to them. Let's try to incorporate job conditions into Responsibilities as a bullet: "May work in hot and cold temperatures; may work in an environment with fumes; may work in an area with loud noise." That's a condition, not a duty but could be listed under Responsibilities as a note. Might be acceptable. Alternatively, we could create a section "Skills" and include job conditions there? Not ideal. Better: create a section "Requirements" and include both minimum education/experience and job conditions as sub-bullets? But job conditions are not requirements. However we could treat them as "Work Environment" under Requirements. Might be okay. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Schedule. We'll put job conditions under Responsibilities as a bullet. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, rights, E-Verify, etc. Remove those lines. Now craft HTML. Start with

      About the role

      then

Responsible for the movement of trailers to and from the unload / load doors and throughout the yard. May also be responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner. May work in hot and cold temperatures, may work in an environment with fumes, may work in an area with loud noise.

But we moved job conditions to About the role; maybe better to keep responsibilities separate. Let's keep About the role as summary without conditions, and add a separate

for job conditions? But we don't have a heading for job conditions. Could add a

after About the role before Responsibilities, but that would be orphaned. Might be okay but could be considered stray text. Better to incorporate into About the role. Now Responsibilities: list essential functions and package handler functions. We need to extract each duty. Essential Function list: - Performs trailer switches defined as hooking and moving a parked trailer from the yard to a load/unload door or hooking and moving a trailer from a door to the yard. - Communicates with management and/or central control to coordinate trailer movements in the yard. - Documents trailer moves using the Yard Management System (where available) or switcher cards. - Performs pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment. - Understands and demonstrates effective yard switching safety processes and procedures. We'll combine into a single

. Now Requirements: Minimum Education None required; Minimum Experience No experience required; six (6) months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator experience preferred. We can make a
with two items: Education, Experience. Now Skills: Knowledge Skills And Abilities list: - Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) file. - Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods. - Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly. - Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, hand-held scanners, chutes and unloading devices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a fast-p
