We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Overview (which could be About the role), Responsibilities, Qualifications (Education and Experience, Substitution, Necessary Special Qualifications), Competencies (KSA's) maybe Skills? There's also Tools & Equipment maybe Skills? There's also TN Driver Standards maybe part of Requirements? There's Salary info: Salary (Monthly) $6,544.00 - $8,454.00; Salary (Annually) $78,528.00 - $101,448.00. That's Pay. There's no explicit Benefits or Schedule. So we should not create Benefits or Schedule sections. Also we have Overview as description. Could label as About the role. Provide

About the role

then

with overview text. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Qualifications: could be a heading

Qualifications

then include Education and Experience, Substitution, Necessary Special Qualifications as paragraphs or lists? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So for qualifications we can have paragraphs for each bullet? The qualifications are not a simple list but have multiple parts; we could break into

paragraphs. Or we could make a

for each subcategory? The instruction says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Qualifications are requirements, so we could list them as
        • . But the content includes multiple sentences; we could still put each requirement as a list item. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can break into list items for each distinct requirement. Let's extract qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field from an accredited college or university, four years of full-time, pertinent laboratory experience in a related field study, and at least two years of supervisory and/or managerial experience; OR - successful completion of an accredited, four year medical laboratory scientist program, and four years of full-time pertinent laboratory experience in the related field, and at least two year of supervisory and/or managerial experience; OR - meet CLIA Testing Personnel Qualification Category set forth in federal CMS regulations 42 CFR 493.1489 and four years of full-time pertinent laboratory experience in the related field, and at least two years of supervisory and/or managerial experience. - Substitution of Education for Experience: Graduate course work received from an accredited college or university in a related field may substitute for the required experience on a year-to-year basis to a maximum of two years (e.g., 24 graduate semester hours or 36 graduate quarter hours in a related field may substitute for one year of the required experience), with there being no substitution for supervisory or managerial experience. - Additionally, up to two years of post-baccalaureate training (e.g., fellowships) in clinical and/or public health laboratory sciences may substitute for up to two years of the required experience. - Necessary Special Qualifications: A PH Lab Manager 3 performing clinical duties and responsibilities must have or be eligible for a TN Medical Laboratory Supervisor License or TN Medical Laboratory Director License. Eligible incumbents must receive their TN Medical Laboratory Supervisory License or TN Medical Laboratory Director License within 12 months of hire date. - Must possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license throughout the duration of employment. We could list each as
        • . Also include the transcript requirement? That appears earlier: "A transcript with ALL credits is required (PDF encouraged) to be uploaded with an employment application in order to properly evaluate a candidate's eligibility for a position in this classification." That's also a requirement. Also "Microbiology coursework strongly preferred." That's a preference, could be included. Also "This position requires a criminal background check." That's a requirement. Also "This position is grant funded and sustained employment is contingent upon sustained funding." That's maybe a note but could be included in About the role? Might be considered metadata; but we should preserve all substantive information. Could include in About the role paragraph. Also location info: "LOCATION OF (1) POSITION(S) TO BE FILLED: DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, DAVIDSON COUNTY This position is located at the Division of Laboratory Services in Nashville, TN." Could be part of About the role. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we don't have title. We need to omit boilerplate: Opening/Closing dates, Job Type, City, State Location, Department, etc? Those are metadata but maybe considered minor; we could fold into a short

or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph with location, job type, etc. But we already have About the role overview; we could incorporate location there. We need to include Pay section: Salary info. So

          Pay

          then

with salary ranges. We need to include Skills section? There's Competencies (KSA's) and Skills list: "Team Management and Supervision", "Data Analysis and Interpretation", etc. Also Tools & Equipment list. Those could be under Skills. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Skills heading and list competencies and tools. We should not create Benefits or Schedule sections because not present. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's draft:
