The program aims to maintain dedication to evidence-based pharmacotherapy, antimicrobial stewardship, clinical research, and quality improvement. Residents who successfully complete this residency will be well prepared for advanced patient care, academic, or other specialized positions, along with ability to become board-certified. In addition to core rotations offered at TGH, electives are available in Bone Marrow Transplant ID at Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, FL) and Pediatric ID at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (St. Petersburg, FL).
