About the role
Join PGIM, a Global Asset Management business of Prudential, where you can expect to support portfolio monitoring and reporting for a diverse portfolio of private credit investments. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with various business units and develop critical credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing portfolio monitoring activities, including financial model updates, covenant compliance verification, and periodic performance reviews.
- Prepare recurring portfolio updates and monitoring reports with accurate data and clear analytical narrative.
- Track early indicators of underperformance and support timely escalation and modifications as issues emerge.
- Maintain complete and accurate records and build and maintain benchmarking and comparative analyses used in portfolio monitoring and reporting.
- Identify recurring gaps, propose process fixes, and support automation efforts to improve data quality and reduce manual rework.
- Support experiments and pilots that apply AI to portfolio reporting, thematic analysis, and exception detection using AI tools to accelerate drafting and summarization from source materials while ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management team members and partner teams to ensure smooth portfolio workflows and clear ownership of required inputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience (finance, accounting, portfolio monitoring, restructuring advisory, banking, credit, power and project finance, data technology or adjacent analytical roles).
- Strong financial analysis capabilities, including proficiency in interpreting financial statements and evaluating business risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Comfort learning and applying new technology tools with demonstrated interest in AI and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or controls.
Qualifications
- Participation in the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) program is a plus.
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages is a plus: Spanish, German, French, Italian.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is from $80,000 to $85,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position based in our Dallas, TX office, with in-office collaboration three days each week.
