About the role

As a Petroleum Transport Driver at SWTO, you'll play a vital role in energizing our community by safely and reliably transporting fuel. Your dedication to following protocols and collaborating with the team is key to keeping our operations seamless and efficient. You will be crucial in ensuring timely deliveries and contributing to a culture of safety and mutual support.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and deliver petroleum products in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
• Operate a fleet of 200+ power units, delivering approximately 1.8 billion gallons of gas, diesel, and ethanol.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Required: 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• TWIC card (FL, TN, SC, VA).

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Skills

• Proficient in operating a Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Experience in petroleum transportation and logistics.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle stress and maintain composure during challenging situations.

Pay

• Hourly PLU$ Pay including:
• Paid overtime (over 40 hours worked).
• Fuel transport experience premium and incentives.
• Night shift premium.
• Miles and Load pay.

Schedule

Hours vary based on route and schedule coordination with dispatchers.
