Petroleum Tanker Driver

About the role

Tanker Truck Drivers needed to deliver gasoline and diesel products to convenience stores in CT and nearby MA locations. Trucks operate 24/7, and we are looking for candidates who value safety and desire a long-term employment relationship.

Pay

• Starting rate: $30.00 per hour
• Sixth and seventh day incentive: $350.00
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 after 6 months of employment
• Differential pay offered for night shift
• Qualifies for Daily Pay

Schedule

• Night shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Day shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (also available)

Responsibilities

• Deliver gasoline and diesel products to convenience stores
• Read and understand tank charts and perform simple math functions
• Use an iPad to enter information electronically; dispatching is done online through a web application
• Meet all DOT requirements regarding medical qualifications
• Participate in a Drug and Alcohol Testing program
• Meet physical requirements of the role

Requirements

• Clean DMV record
• Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• Current TWIC
• Two years of gasoline hauling preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to undergo a background check
• Current Motor Vehicle Driving History is required
