The Petroleum Heavy Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading and performing petroleum construction activities associated with the installation, replacement, and modification of underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), fuel piping systems, and related petroleum equipment. This is a hands-on field leadership position. The successful candidate will have strong experience in petroleum construction, the ability to read and interpret construction plans, understand elevations and grades, and effectively lead field crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The position requires frequent travel and overnight/out-of-town work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform the installation of USTs, ASTs, fuel piping, and associated petroleum equipment.
- Supervise and direct field crews during petroleum construction activities.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and details.
