Bark Avenue Pet Supply is seeking a part-time Pet Supply Sales Associate to join their team. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about dog and cat nutrition and share your knowledge with customers
• Absolutely assist clients in-store, over the phone, and through online messaging
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
• Attend trainings with vendor reps and management to stay current on products

Requirements

• Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work at both Gilbert and Mesa locations as needed
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• One year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in premium pet retail preferred but not required
